Robert Mazerolle, ATTRACTION

A study of female form in terms of shape and surface tensions. A series of sculptures from artist Robert Mazerolle. The subject is breasts - those semiotic symbols all things desireable, yet hidden from view. Displayed, yet covered. Symbolic, yet functional. Stimulators of interest or disinterest; of anxiety and comfort; of danger and amusement. Meant as wall hangings - this exhibit invites touching, as they bear a tactile/ textural element that irresistibly draws the viewer.
